2. What Is Considered Confidential
Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, any startup idea, business concept, financial plan, pitch deck, product detail, or strategy shared privately on Invsta. Public profiles do not reveal sensitive content.
3. Our Commitment as Invsta
- We do not disclose, copy, or use any confidential information submitted to the platform.
- We ensure that access to private data is limited only to verified investors who have accepted this NDA.
- We maintain technical and legal protections to track idea creation timestamps and ownership.
4. Investor Obligations
Every investor who registers and uses Invsta agrees to:
- Not share, copy, or exploit any startup ideas or materials without written permission from the founder.
- Respect the confidentiality of all pitches and business materials accessed through the platform.
- Understand that any breach may result in legal action and permanent account suspension.
5. Founder Rights
Founders maintain full ownership of their startup ideas and materials. They control who can access detailed information and may request that Invsta limit or revoke access at any time.
6. Legal Enforcement
This NDA is legally binding under Algerian law. Any violation may result in appropriate legal consequences.
7. Agreement Scope
This NDA applies to:
- All registered investors and members of the Invsta platform.
- All communication and content exchanged within Invsta that is not publicly disclosed by the founder.
